Rules

House rules

Short and binding. Read them before you launch, claim or reply.

  1. §01

    What FEED is

FEED launches pump.fun coins for X posts and routes 60% of each coin's creator fees to an escrow for the post's author. It is software that builds and signs transactions under the rules below. It is not an exchange, a broker or an adviser, and it does not hold anyone's coins.

  2. §02

    Who can launch

    • X accounts at least 90 days old with at least 50 followers, linked to a wallet on FEED.
    • Three launches per X account per day, across the reply bot and the website.
    • One coin per post. The first launch that lands is the post's coin.
    • Launchers must not imply that an author endorses a coin. Coins are not endorsed by an author unless they claim.
  3. §03

    What the desk holds

Posts or coin names that mention tragedies, deaths, violence, minors or hate are held for a person before anything launches. The desk can decline any launch without giving a reason. Operators can pause a coin's keeper transactions or all of them.

  4. §04

    Affiliation

FEED is not affiliated with X Corp. or pump.fun. A coin made from a post is not affiliated with that post's author unless the author claims it, and every coin page says so. The bot replies from @UseFeedFun only.

  5. §05

    Authors

    • Fees wait in your name for 90 days per coin, then buy back and burn the coin until you claim.
    • You can claim, opt out of any coin (its fees burn instead) or block every future coin on your posts. Opt out here.
    • Claiming does not make you responsible for a coin, its holders or its price.
  6. §06

    Fees

Bot launches cost the launcher nothing. Website launches cost a 0.01 SOL escrow setup and a 0.02 SOL launch fee, plus any dev buy. pump.fun charges its own trading fees; the creator share of those is what FEED splits 60 / 20 / 20.

  7. §07

    Risk

Memecoins are volatile and can go to zero. Nothing on FEED is financial advice, an offer or a promise of any return. Dollar figures are SOL amounts at the current SOL price and describe fees collected only. Smart contracts, RPC providers and X can fail; transactions are final.

  8. §08

    Changes

These rules can change. The split written into a coin at launch cannot.
